• Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized diagnostic or crash data may be collected to ensure application stability and reliability.

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To analyze meal photos using Artificial Intelligence to provide accurate nutrient estimates.
• To track your daily calorie and macro intake against your fitness goals.

3. Third-Party Services & AI Processing

To analyze meal images and provide nutritional breakdowns, CaloCam utilizes secure Artificial Intelligence (AI) API services:

• Meal images sent to AI processing endpoints are analyzed transiently solely to generate nutritional estimates.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your photos or personal information to third parties or advertising networks.
• No personal identification markers (such as your name or email address) are attached to image analysis requests sent to AI services.

4. Advertising & AdMob Compliance

5. Data Storage & User Control

Your meal log history and custom entries remain stored locally on your device.

• You retain 100% ownership and control over your data.
• Clearing the App data or uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored history and preferences.

6. Children's Privacy

CaloCam does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
